Revolution Racing Return Policy
At Revolution Racing, we understand that occasionally, you may need to return an item, and here is our return policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the policy to ensure you are eligible for a return and that the correct steps are taken.
Return Guidelines:
- Returns are allowed within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Please ensure that all accompanying documentation and extras are included in the return package.
Built-to-Order Items:
- The majority of our products are built to order, the description of the product will inform you if it is built to order or not.
- For built-to-order items, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover handling and manufacturing costs.
- The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed.
Custom-Made Items:
- Items that are custom-made or personalized specifically for you cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. (This covers custom built one off items not a built to order part, this also covers custom engraved parts.)
Return Process:
- To begin the return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Please ensure the paperwork/invoice is returned with the part.
- We will arrange the collection of the order.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 days.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
- Please note that the restocking fee (as previously mentioned in "built to order" and "custom items" ) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please inform us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may request photographs or additional information to facilitate the return process.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to begin a return and place a new order.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with returning items.
- Revolution Racing reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Please refer to our website for the most current version.
